Role Summary:
As a Digital TA Project Specialist, you will provide support to the Sr. Leader of Global Operations and Engagement at GE Digital. The DTA specialist will support and enable business related activity and outcomes of the DTA PMO critical to keeping the business running. You will play a vital role in driving progress and keeping the team on track with its priorities, projects, collaboration & communications.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Creating; updating and following up on documents and report requests which come from our stakeholders
  • Helping the team and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Conducting audits of distribution mailers, headcount reports & org charts
  • Acting as an internal meetings events lead with responsibility to define, the meeting agenda, plan and prepare for any necessary logistics needed for a smooth & productive event
  • Coordinate high visibility meetings and appointments for the Sr. Leadership team Review and provide expense report reconciliation for DTA leaders
  • Connect the communication dots between the PMO and DTA leadership team, ensuring critical PMO updates are shared and disseminated in time and precisely to the greater DTA organization and stakeholders
  • Seek out and gather data and information from stakeholders and vendors to help resolve open questions of ownership, billing, problem identification, providing discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information
  • Review, audit, analyze, proofread and correct, if necessary, the content of various records, reports and forms assuring accuracy and completeness of the information prior to dissemination or further use of the data to produce various reports
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiates follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma / GED
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant position

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA
