Role Summary:
The purpose of the role is to manage planning of the materials demand for the GE Oil & Gas TX and Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) division.

Essential Responsibilities:
Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing and collection activities. Key contact for customer inquiries. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers. May also engage in sales activities for assigned customers. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit. Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done. Diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
OTR Spare Parts Supply:
•Develop and maintain a live monitoring platform of all parts demanded by parts planning (ASCP)
perform planned order release/WO release, reschedule in/out and cancellation
•Liaise with supply chain buyers/fulfillment SOU to monitor/obtain PO placement and delivery
dates, drive cycle time improvements
•Oversee supply of Spare Parts (process for supply of Spare Parts to customers): C42 (O&G
Australia) & C09 (Nuovo Pignone)
•Attend weekly delivery reviews, led by fulfillment and/or P&Ls management, to review material
demanded by relevant or critical outages, project and/or quarterly sales plan initiatives acting with
related actions
•Liaise with Head Office to ascertain delivery dates for overdue parts
•Expedite the delivery of overdue, critical, or outage related parts
•AUS (C42) item code management

Other Spare Parts Responsibilities
•Interface with Repair Project Manager to supply Spare Parts required for use in Repairs
•Manage Emergency Spare Parts for shutdowns or emergencies
•Manage Source / Manufacture emergency Spare Parts from local suppliers / manufacturers
•Supply fortnightly / weekly / as required complete Spare Parts update to CPMs Spare Parts Clarifications Customer and Internal
•Act as focal point for both customers’ and colleagues’ clarifications, queries, and troubleshooting regarding Spare Parts (Technical, C42 System related, C09 System related)
•Do relevant checks using organization GE tools and programs to investigate queries (e.g. part supersession, correct part number queries, scope of supply, etc.)
•Liaise with relevant specialists when required (e.g. CAM Department, Engineering Department, Resident Engineers, etc.)

•C42 Tools and Processes Key User

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment.
