We are looking for people who are currently studying in their 7/8 semester to join our RFQ Factory team. We want proactive candidates with high sense of responsibility, willingness to learn and contribute to the cost-out initiatives in GE Energy. Essential Responsibilities:
Support internal business users from +80 manufacturing sites globally for RFQ activities.
Drive or participate in Sourcing Initiatives including but not limited to:Documentation of manufacturing drawing source systems access and location procedures.Prepare RFQ drawing packages for suppliers based on incoming requests from Sourcing Leaders.Network through the organization in different sites to identify engineering owners for help.Support bidding suppliers with questions and connect them with Commodity Leaders / Engineers for advanced inquiries. Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:Undergraduate (Bachelor's student) – Engineering, Business with affinity to technical documents.
Languages: Spanish (100%), English (100%) required.
Technical qualifications:High proficiency on Windows, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong project execution skills. Desired Characteristics: Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills. skills.Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization and external
