Role Summary:
The role is primarily responsible for creating, championing and sustaining sales programs that drive sales execution and growth in the assigned Services portfolio. This is a strategic role that requires the person to work collaboratively with relevant global/SHS / SGM region and local Commercial, Product Marketing, Service Delivery and Operations teams, develop and integrate best practices and tools, as well as to creatively propose/pilot new business models that will accelerate growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
• Be a strategic business partner to the ASEAN Services Commercial team, working collaboratively to develop, communicate and drive sales programs for Point-Of-Sale and/or Install Base marketing/lifecycle solutions.
o Establish credibility as a product champion and “how-to-sell” subject matter expert, bringing in deep market knowledge and competitive dynamics of specific Modality/segment to the Commercial sales team
o Launch impactful channel activation programs and drive partner training/sales enablement activities; collaborate with SCOLs to track/report Service KPIs to partner community and internal Channel stakeholders on a regular basis (depending on business needs and requirements)
o Monitor, measure and report/present sales program outcomes to senior leadership team on a regular basis depending on business needs and requirements
• Work with Services & Equipment commercial teams as well as APAC / SHS / SGM Regional Segment teams
o Build impactful service offerings/solutions
o Ensure localized-service delivery, support capability exists or is built in a timely manner
o Align with Marketing to localise value propositions that resonate across multiple ASEAN countries
• Leverage global/regional best practices, tools and new business models to accelerate sales programs for both direct and indirect channels

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or related field of study with a minimum of 7 years experience in product marketing, product management or operations leadership track record
• Minimum of 5 years track record launching/sustaining channel programs and/or building alliances & partnership is desired for the Channel GTM leadership role
• Strong business acumen and domain expertise of the healthcare business, market dynamics and ASEAN macro environment
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels

Desired Characteristics:
• MBA, Marketing Management or equivalent management degree
• Experience operating in a matrix environment with regional & with global teams
• Ability to develop and execute priorities aligned with growth strategy
• Experience as a change agent and process oriented individual
• Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
• Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
