Role Summary: Drive infusion of Digital, Lean, Fastworks, & Six Sigma practices into shop operations resulting in reduced cost
Essential Responsibilities: 1) Understand the current shop processes including value added 2) Analyze labor, cost, and output data to identify waste and process constraints 3) Facilitate events to empower teams and implement improvements resulting in positive outcomes 4) Quantify financial impact to long-term Customized Service Agreements 5) Validate and audit results of implemented projects 6) Complete a training program on process innovation including Lean, Six Sigma, Fastworks, and CAP 7) Facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of process innovation tools
Qualifications/Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree of Business, Finance, Engineering, or Manufacturing from an accredited university or college plus 5 years experience in one of these fields (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in one of these fields) 2( Hands-on experience in Lean deployment and driving changes in production shop floor through strategic projects in the Aviation / Automotive / Oil and Gas / Power industries 2) English language and writing skills 3) Familiarity with supplier contracting concepts 4) Familiarity with basic accounting and finance concepts
