Role Summary: We are looking for a highly-motivated and creative student currently enrolled in a university program with a focus on communications, and good knowledge on graphic design who has solid experience to the scope of his/her grade. The candidate must have outstanding communication skills in English and ability to successfully navigate in a fast-paced corporate environment. The person will be joining a team, dedicated to keeping hundreds of employees informed about the business.
Essential Responsibilities: This is a a part-time schedule internship, during which time the student must be enrolled and pursing a degree. The role is primarily focused on internal communications. Will be required to collaborate with the communication council at business and supporting colleagues in the same function, country and region levels. This assignment offers an exciting opportunity for a self-directed individual who strongly desires experience in a corporate communications environment. Digital mindset and be able to develop content for all Digital platforms; Support respond in a timely manner to upcoming requests from the business; Prepare guides presentations proactively and training to enhance the impact of the internal communication.
Qualifications/Requirements: Currently enrolled in the university and pursing a degree in Communications, or related major. Strong work ethic; able to meet commitments and deadlines. Good team player with interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work on several projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal skills (Spanish & English). Ability to operate proficiently on both PC and Apple computers. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Final Cut, and Internet research skills in general.
Desired Characteristics: Successful candidates will have a strong record of academic achievement, significant leadership roles on campus or in the community. Have at least a basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite editing software.
