Role Summary:
Process and quality improvement roles. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead the Lean Six Sigma strategy for the Global Supply Chain which will drive process capability improvements, eliminate defects and create a positive business impact
  • Leverage Lean methodology to reduce cycle times and eliminate wastes
  • Report project execution and status to Brilliant Factory Leader
  • Communicate teams’ progress, status, barriers and results to all levels of the organization as required
  • Facilitate best practice sessions, workout and benchmarking
  • Work with operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess Lean & Six Sigma opportunities in GSCM and related functions
  • Educate, coach and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application
  • Deliver DMAIC training sessions to Green Belt population
  • Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean, Six Sigma and FastWorks


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable study field from an accredited university or college
  • Supply chain/Sourcing experience
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Willingness to guide and train Green Belt students
  • High level of energy and self-motivation
  • High level of self-organization
  • Ability to cope with periodic high workload during project execution
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal)
