Role Summary: Process and quality improvement roles. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.
Develop and lead the Lean Six Sigma strategy for the Global Supply Chain which will drive process capability improvements, eliminate defects and create a positive business impact
Leverage Lean methodology to reduce cycle times and eliminate wastes
Report project execution and status to Brilliant Factory Leader
Communicate teams’ progress, status, barriers and results to all levels of the organization as required
Facilitate best practice sessions, workout and benchmarking
Work with operating leaders and teams to uncover and assess Lean & Six Sigma opportunities in GSCM and related functions
Educate, coach and mentor Green Belts and others on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application
Deliver DMAIC training sessions to Green Belt population
Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean, Six Sigma and FastWorks
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable study field from an accredited university or college
Supply chain/Sourcing experience
Strong communication/presentation skills
Willingness to guide and train Green Belt students
High level of energy and self-motivation
High level of self-organization
Ability to cope with periodic high workload during project execution
Fluent in both English and German (written and verbal)
