Manage existing relationships, with Channel partners, and identify and build new strategic partnerships that will build the GE offering across our enterprise wide client base. Responsible for Strategic planning, Thought Leadership, Partner Initiatives and definition of business, segmentation. Champion Channel Partner engagement create road maps and GTM Strategies. In this role you will focus on identifying partners whose focus is in the Networking and software vertical.
Strategic advisor to Channel Partners, PoC and go to person covering all aspects of the Asset Performance Management, Cloud based solutions, Security and Brilliant Manufacturing concepts
Build internal cross functional relationships and extended account teams across the region and partner organizations
Identify new strategic Channel Partner alliances and enhance and develop existing Channel Partner offerings
Drive business rigor planning and process best practice in line with strategic goals, objectives and targets.
Provide thought leadership and take responsibility for strategic planning for all regional activities.
In conjunction with Channel Partners and internal teams identify and be the catalyst for the creation of solutions that leverage The GE Digital Product suite to address customer requirements.
Demonstrate cross-functional leadership & collaboration with GE’s direct sellers, sharing information and ensuring coordination of activities in joint sales pursuits.
Drive Channel Engagement by utilising analytics and BigData to provide customer value and enhance revenue and long term collaboration for GE Digital and Channel Partners
Proven sales experience, with demonstrated expertise in channel management or formal solution selling software solutions.
Technical degree or equivalent Experience
Able and willing to travel up to 50%.
Able to build trust and rapport quickly and develop influential relationships at all levels within an organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and channel management expertise
Proven Experience of working in the Networking and Communications verticals would be beneficial.
Solution selling experience is highly recommended
Experience using industry leading CRM systems
Experience of working as a Channel/Partner/Alliance Manager
