Role Summary: To provide support in talent acquisition for ASEAN countries including generating offer letters, posting vacancies, and involving in talent acquisition matters with universities.
Essential Responsibilities: Support Talent Acquisition activities for ASEAN countries Generate offer letters, and follow through up to on-boarding Identify and drive opportunities for systems simplification and digitization To be part of GE Ambassador team to coordinate and brand GE accordingly Support internship engagement efforts across the country Coordinate on site campus visits with external schools and tertiary education bodies
Qualifications/Requirements: Undergrad in Human Resources/Business Administration/Sciences or equivalent with a minimum 3.0 GPA and above Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident and strong interpersonal skills Passionate in a career in HR Able to lead and drive projects with minimum supervision Must be able to intern for at least 5 to 8 months No work permit will be processed for this role, it is important that you have valid work authorization in Malaysia for this internship
