Essential Responsibilities: General Electric International Inc. seeks a Staff Digital Product Manager in San Ramon, California to manage portfolio of Machine & Equipment Asset Performance Management (APM) software and service solutions. Deliver market defining content and capabilities, helping to set the standard globally for APM solutions. Distill unmet target business and user needs, driving product development through to market strategy and execution. Produce an achievable roadmap and Agile release cycles. Promote product by presenting to customers (internal and external) and user groups. Represent product at trade shows and in the media. Directly support commercial teams selling solutions that are underpinned by APM software and service solutions. Develop, manage, publish and refine metrics and hard data across the product lifecycle, creating a data-driven business.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering (any field) and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree related experience. Position also requires 5 years of experience in strategic consulting/marketing, product marketing or product management, with experience in the utilities industry; and 3 years of experience in technology engineering or operational role with 3 of the following skills: software development, analytics development, program management, or utility systems integration.
