Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for collecting & analyzing financial data and making recommendations to the CFO & operating leaders. Partner with business leaders and teams to drive operating performance and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization. Lead and contribute to developing sales and margin estimates (price/volume), operating plans/forecasts/reviews and Growth Playbook (3-year Plan). Drive profitable growth in the region by providing analysis of markets dynamics, price/volume trends outlooks and identify/recommend actions. Track key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities with actions to capitalize or retire. Assess channel performance, effectiveness and margin movements. Work with the Controllership and Planning & Analysis teams to define the relevant IT platform and requirements to support analysis, improve data visibility and ensure controllership. Partner with Sales leaders to assess Sales Contracts for profitability and growth via margin modeling and sensitivity analysis. Reviews T&C’s and recommends best financial outcomes. Contribute to simplification and performance improvement as well as providing quality financial insights. Actively participate with Sales Management to improve productivity and sales force effectiveness. Drive consistent usage of enterprise standard business tools. Comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Engineering (any) or Business Administration, and six (6) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in related financial occupation required. The position also requires 2 years financial experience in financial planning & analysis including leading business / finance reviews; 2 years systems experience with Oracle and business intelligence tools; 3 years budgeting experience in working with cross functional teams in preparing sales and profit budgets; and 3 years analytical experience in dealing with large data sets and communicating results of analysis to management.
