Role Summary:
The Regional Marketing Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. A critical requirement of this role will be to track and compile key market intelligence, develop and integrate regional strategies that meet broader business needs, and contribute to the overall business strategy

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, maintain and update relevant information about
    markets and competitors. Supply market share data, perspectives on market
    trends and competitor activities, market forecasts, and pricing
    information.
  • Responsible for development and execution of the Growth Playbook
    (strategic plan) as it relates to marketing plans which must include market
    assessment, offering development, lifecycle management and competitive
    assessment/response
  • Upgrade smart marketing - contextual marketing, media/message/value
    proposition optimization. Ensure compliance with GE marketing guidelines for
    all communications
  • Complete VOC (Voice of Customer) for specific Marketing programs to identify
    customer requirements
  • Full customer life cycle management from acquisition, cross-sell at
    origination, early life & activation, up-sell, on-going cross sells,
    loyalty programmers, proactive retention, save activities and wins back
  • Establish consistent sales lifecycle and account management processes
    with adoption of best practice from structured analysis and customer in-sight
    to strategic marketing and tactical execution
  • Manage new and installed base data to identify opportunities, analyze
    new growth ideas, and target customers with value pricing for New Product
    Introduction (NPI) and commercialization
  • Analyze emerging opportunities/threats with business implications and
    potential strategies using strategic analysis tool and process development.
    Ensure quality data, timely analysis & relevant synthesis and insights for
    specific and related markets



Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a team or project management environment
    with emphasis in marketing
  • Experience working
    with national and or government-owned companies as customers and/or end-users
  • B2B experience
  • Fluent in English language (writing, reading, speaking, listening)



Desired Characteristics:

  • Master's degree in
    Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing
  • Experience in
    railroad / energy/ aircraft engine industry
  • Knowledge of
    Russian OR Arabic OR Turkish OR French language
  • Ability to work strategically and
    tactically
  • Knowledge of planning and executing strategic change
  • Experience with full customer life cycle optimization
  • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent planning, organization & prioritization skills, with the ability
    to manage several projects concurrently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
