Role Summary: Responsible for the coordination of field projects and dispatcher.
Essential Responsibilities: - Manage service field projects proactively and coordinate the activities of involved stakeholders - Track and update on project milestones and deliverables - Build, develop, and grow business & customer relationship to secure customer satisfaction and business results - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the execution phase of field activities - Actively seek new service opportunities that fit with the service capabilities and strategy for growth - Provide orders margin report - Provide weekly estimates of managed projects - Technical support for the coordination of the service team within Switzerland
Qualifications/Requirements: - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Experience in negotiating with customers and suppliers in a highly competitive business environment - Ability to work in a matrix organization and work in a multicultural environment - Knowledge of UPS systems and the BP Model would be an advantage - Good communications skills in German and French
