Role Summary: The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing shipments, reporting transportation metrics, identifying trends across global transportation methods and practices, providing visibility through projects and tools, ensuring that internal customer needs are met and that company policy and international trade compliance regulations are adhered to.
Essential Responsibilities: • In charge of daily warehouse & transportation affair of GETD in WGQ, ensure customs system data accuracy and all activities to comply with government regulations. • Strictly follow related warehouse In & Out operation regulation of WGQ customs. • Handling all shipment in & out operation and keep smoothly communication with internal /external customer • Bonded warehouse monthly verify and declaration in time • Fulfill monthly warehouse system variance check compare with customs system, logistics provider system and physical stock • Maintain WGQ TD operating and office supplies • Check and verify TD vendor supplier monthly service cost • Work closely with WGQ team to achieve team goals. • Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with freight forwarders • Support warehousing optimization/Lean projects
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience working in logistics, engineering, or supply chain management; 2. Experience in logistics or supply chain modeling & simulation. 3. Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced changing environment. 4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

Desired Characteristics: 1. Bachelors in Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain 2. Demonstrated logistics leadership of multiple facilities in a similar industry 3. Ability to energize, develop and influence at all levels within an organization 6. Creates energy to deliver company goals through creation and comprehensive communication of practical “hands-on” operational plans and strategies 7.
