Responsibility for increasing the sale of GEHC products to the medical community by assisting the Field Sales Representatives with pre-sale and post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing, go-live support, and troubleshooting
Work closely with the field sales organization to clinically support GEHC customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations including on site clinical in servicing, go-live support and troubleshooting.
Work with the Product Manager and Ultrasound Organization teams to coordinate training events at the assigned customer installation site.
Actively participate in the development of customer training tools and providing input in regards to relevant clinical tools needed for future products and services.

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

Insure timely dispatch closure.
Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe.
Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.
Associates degree from accredited Nursing program, or a clinical certificate and 3 years experience of work experience in a clinical environment, or a high school diploma and 7 years of work experience in a clinical environment.
Willingness to travel.
Bachelors degree from accredited Nursing program or related field of study.
GEHC Product experience in the following: Facilitating adult learning with PC skills and an understanding of networked environments Technical, Clinical, or Applications in NIC Interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and as a change agent and process oriented individual.
