Role Summary: Lead Training Specialist develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities: · Responsible for standard level delivery of training packages via lecture / seminar or classroom · Lead training program efforts across business · Manage the placement, rotational assignments, assessment process and other administrative activities for assigned training program · Identify, evaluate and audit rotational training program assignments for program across business · Develop and implement required supplemental training, courses, and workshops for program members · Lead new program member orientation · Provide ongoing support, advice and counsel to training program members regarding all aspects of program · Provide advice and counsel regarding career planning and assist with off-program placement · Lead communication efforts and training program committees
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Training.

This position may involve demanding physical requirements and work in offshore/onshore remote locations, where access to medical care is not consistent, and weather conditions extreme. The applicant may be required to undergo fit for duty medical exams.
