Essential Responsibilities: Provide commercial team leadership for related Service orders within the China region through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize on GE Service competitive strengths to serve the customer’s needs • Support Service Region Manager with all commercial related affairs in the region, assist Service operational team to identify Sales forecast and create margin analysis for the region • Manage Sales proposal process from opportunity identification through contract flow • Responsible for driving Service Orders (Parts, Transactional Services & CSA, etc.) through O&G, Power Plant, Renewable, Metal and Mining Industries • Lead deal structuring, pricing and all other proposal development activities as the sales team’s primary proposal interface with projects, platform, global operations, risk management and other functional groups as required. • Lead deal strategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriate approvals for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms for specific sales proposals • Maintain knowledge of market intelligence, install base, customer requirements and competitor movements • Work with Global team to fine tune new Service products that fit for regional business growth
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business/economics or related field • 10+ years technical and commercial sales experience • Insightful industrial knowhow at O&G and Power Plant fundamentals • Familiar with Service business approaches like: RM&D, transaction and long term service agreement
