Role Summary:
CMMS/IT/Planning Specialist is responsible to manage the set-up and operation of Computerized Maintenance Management System-(COSWIN (v.8i) and planning of maintenance activities of multiple sites.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Manage the set up and operation of CMMS COSWIN (v.8i) at sites
2. Develop plans for daily and planned maintenance activities in coordination with GE and Customer site teams
3. Ensure record keeping and generation of reports related to CMMS and planning
4. Review CMMS performance with all relevant sections
5. Lead continuous productivity through regular maintenance plans review with maintenance manager, Teams Leads and Engineers
6. Ensure all software backups & manage all hardware
7. Lead O&M process digitization as per guidelines of Plant Management
8. Train O&M and Customer’s team on CMMS COSWIN (v.8i)
9. Support maintenance activities with coordination of suppliers and contractors
10. Lead continuous productivity through regular maintenance plans review with Leadership, site teams and in the O&M Centre of Excellence

• Graduate Engineer in Instrumentation & Control from an accredited College or University.
• Minimum 8 years of combined cycle power plant O&M experience with minimum three years in team lead position in plant maintenance planning.
• Minimum three years of hands On experience in set up and operation of COSWIN (v.8i)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and French. Arabic an advantage

• Prior customer interface experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency with computer tools Ability and willingness to travel as required
