Role Summary: Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.
Lead and support the team in the excellent execution of the operative processes in the following areas:
Customer Master management;
Communication with Customers;
Responsible for the results of the team and the team metrics.
Ensure relevant business reports are run and actionized.
Continuously review the performance of the team and gives recommendations to the manager about the required modifications or organization changes.
Represent the team on cross-functional meetings.
Act as second level contact for customers if needed.
Provides support for the execution of Customer Excellence projects (e.g.: testing, translations, implementation, feedback).
Energizing, motivating and leading the team dedicated to provide professional customer service to the customers.
Identify training needs of the team, provide individual coaching as appropriate.
Team meetings, including segment performance reviews, HR issues, general update.
Ensure team is fully trained on processes, quality requirements and systems.
Provides recommendation to the manager to provide spot award for the highest performer employees.
Responsible for the execution of the annual performance evaluation & career planning processes for the team.

University or college degree;
User level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word, Excel, Power Point);
Fluent in English both written and spoken, any other language knowledge is advantage;
User level knowledge of SAP and SFDC applications;
Significant relevant experience in commercial operations;
Work experience at GE is an advantage.
