Role Summary: Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Essential Responsibilities: In depth knowledge of various mechanical / power electronics component and complete assembly Ability to work in project level business and handle multiple projects at the same time Responsible to handle external customer witness with TPI inspection activities during factory acceptance test. Serves as process expert for UFM, control cabinets assembly, testing and manages procurement of tools, equipment’s and support product qualification needs Assist in production scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of equipment and people for best possible results. Comprehensive knowledge of calibrations & assembly of flowmeters, vibration monitoring, mark Vie control cabinet, pressure equipment & gas analyzers Strong exposure in project manufacturing background Serves as process expert for UFM, control cabinets assembly, testing and manages procurement of tools, equipment’s and support product qualification needs. Good exposure of Bentley control system panel testing & troubleshooting knowledge in-case of error analysis. Able to handle mechanical/instrumentation calibration activities Drive cost productivity in functional area thru’ process validation & equipment changes / modification Provides root cause analysis to resolve any technical issues that arise during production & support cycle time reduction Upholds and participates in the quality & EHS programs and performs other duties as assigned Utilize lean-manufacturing principles / value stream mapping / Inventory management & participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs, & increase capacity. Having working experience of Oracle / SAP ERPs for Shop planning & execution Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with diverse team members. Strong background in the interpretation of engineering drawings / specifications & manufacturing processes.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience preferably in measurement system, Mark Vie Control Cabinet manufacturing industry.
