The GSC Services OTD Intern primary role is to assist in driving projects across functions to improve On time delivery to our customers. Work cross functionally on Internal/External customer orders with commercial and fulfillment teams to understand and manage demand.
Assist in providing leadership, planning, and execution to customer requirements.
Support the execution of customer needs and optimize inventory input/output.
Identify and resolve supply / demand imbalances.
Drive Services Line of Balance (LOB) accuracy including dates (schedule/promise).
Coordinate with the buyers to support supplier OTD improvement plans for renewal parts.
Resolve Max Order Quantity/Cancellations/Date Management Issues.
Work with planning team to drive improved forecasting.
