Role Summary: The role of the Explosives Coordinator is to own explosive inventory to regulatory compliance. The role will report to the Pleasanton Operations Leader.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Explosives Coordinator, you will:
Be responsible for all Explosives Inventory Transactions
Have 100% accuracy and traceability on all explosives
Report accurate consumed explosives inventory to finance
Be responsible for ATF and Dot audits regarding explosives inventory
Complete appropriate transactional regulatory and BHGE paperwork to maintain compliance and traceability
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school or institution
Minimum 3 Years in a role responsible for ATF and DoT compliance around explosives
Minimum 2 Years of Wireline experience
Receive and maintain clearance to operate explosive material with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (BATF)
Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required
Lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time
Working knowledge of Explosives regulations, including RP67, and DoT regulations
Familiarity with inventory transactions
Good working knowledge of ATF explosive documents
Strong familiarity with Microsoft office; specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
