Role Summary: In this role, candidate will serve as business analyst as part of the GE Power Digital Engineering Power PLM Enovia 2016x Scrum team. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product owner/business solutions team to understand & document the requirements/defects for new modules,existing environment.
Essential Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Product Owner & Business solutions team to understand the requirements/defects in the current environment • Ensure documentation is in place for prioritized requirements/defects • Collaborate with the Scrum team in an Agile environment to ensure that the proposed requirements/defects will comply technically within the application. • Drive solution identification, feasibility analysis, and implementation recommendations for requirements/defects level improvements and assist with prioritization • Timely communication on deviations in proposed solutions from business Solutions team • Be the liaison between business solutions team & Scrum team on the functional area • Assure conformance to system architecture, methods, standards and practices and promote their creation • Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts as required • Drive use of out-of-the-box functionality, and promote reuse where applicable • Support validation of business scenarios for identified requirements/defects with in scrum process
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering • 8 to 10 years of experience in the Software development • 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis functions, business planning • Awareness of Scrum process & Agile methodology • Demonstrated ability to work in a global and matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and ability to interface and influence business stakeholders and technical centre of excellence • Experience in developing/proposing business solutions on Enovia PLM 3D experience platform • Knowledge of CAD & ERP integrations expertise • Solid understanding of Enovia PLM Platform/system and processes
