Role Summary: The internship will be developed in the Avio Aero Digital League Team on Data Analytics & Brilliant Factory projects with particular focus on business processes connected to the Pomigliano and Rivalta plants. We offer three Internship experiences: two of them in Pomigliano and one in Rivalta di Torino.
Essential Responsibilities: As the IT Specialist for Pomigliano in the Avio Aero Digital League, you will:
Exhibit understanding of manufacturing and CRO business domains.
Participate on cross-functional Agile teams to deliver solutions for the Avio Aero Business teams.
Find and interpret data sources, manages large amounts of data, merge data sources together ensuring consistency of data-sets.
Create visualizations, and communicate insights/findings in simplified way.
Support the development data and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses
Research and evaluate emerging data technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities
Coach new team members
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Fluent Italian and English language.
EU work permit.
Strong prioritization, quantative and analytical skills
Hands on experience delivering Data As A Service (DaaS) using tools such as Talend, Informatica, Boomi, Akana
Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Spotfire
Hands on experience with Big Data Technologies such as Hive, Spark, Spark Streaming, Kafka etc.,
Hands on experience managing petabyte scale data infrastructure
Familiarity with Predix and IoT solutions
Data modeling experience
Working knowledge of various cloud providers (AWS, Azure etc.)
