Role Summary: Partnering closely with the TA Ops. & Engagement Leader, this role will drive operational efficiency and standardization across GE's Talent Acquisition Digital CoE, while further building out innovative new programs and solutions for our talent partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has passion for optimizing process, working cross functionally, imagining new solutions with a creative twist and bringing them to fruition.
Essential Responsibilities: In this role you will:
Be responsible for the design, delivery & improvements across TA Digital Operations, Programs and Metrics included but not limited to Employee Referral Program, New Hire Onboarding, Recruiter Training & Effectiveness, TA Technology Capability, Recruitment Process & Engagement & Staffing Administration
Develop SME level knowledge across all TA systems and tools, providing sys admin & support requests for TA staff
Partner with TAD leaders globally to identify and deliver on opportunities for continuous process improvement and productivity that improve candidate experience and quality
Partnering with TAD regions ( US & Global) to drive simplification and change management principles
Partner with the Global TAD team of recruiters, sourcers, coordinators and leaders to identify training opportunities and develop programs to enable team development
Drive enterprise standards and global alignment with businesses for vendor management
Partner with stakeholders to identify and benchmark Digital Talent Acquisition team’s vendors and identify opportunities to improve quality & reduce costs
Act as a liaison between talent partners, agencies, procurement and other stakeholders as required
Responsible for ensuring consistency, continuous improvement and operational programs across regions
Manage & deliver Integrated Talent Management (ITM) based hiring methodology but not limited to SMART hiring trainings, talent partner/talent specialist certification, standard job descriptions and other TAD ITM related project management activities
Implementing a “Smart Hiring Culture” globally across the digital businesses
Continue to build relationships with all stakeholders including talent leaders, HRMs, business leaders etc.
