Talent Acquisition, Digital (TAD) organization is responsible for developing, refining and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, develop and retain GE’S Digital Talent. Role Summary:
Partnering closely with the TA Ops. & Engagement Leader, this role will drive operational efficiency and standardization across GE's Talent Acquisition Digital CoE, while further building out innovative new programs and solutions for our talent partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has passion for optimizing process, working cross functionally, imagining new solutions with a creative twist and bringing them to fruition.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
  • Be responsible for the design, delivery & improvements across TA Digital Operations, Programs and Metrics included but not limited to Employee Referral Program, New Hire Onboarding, Recruiter Training & Effectiveness, TA Technology Capability, Recruitment Process & Engagement & Staffing Administration
  • Develop SME level knowledge across all TA systems and tools, providing sys admin & support requests for TA staff
  • Partner with TAD leaders globally to identify and deliver on opportunities for continuous process improvement and productivity that improve candidate experience and quality
  • Partnering with TAD regions ( US & Global) to drive simplification and change management principles
  • Partner with the Global TAD team of recruiters, sourcers, coordinators and leaders to identify training opportunities and develop programs to enable team development
  • Drive enterprise standards and global alignment with businesses for vendor management
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and benchmark Digital Talent Acquisition team’s vendors and identify opportunities to improve quality & reduce costs
  • Act as a liaison between talent partners, agencies, procurement and other stakeholders as required
  • Responsible for ensuring consistency, continuous improvement and operational programs across regions
  • Manage & deliver Integrated Talent Management (ITM) based hiring methodology but not limited to SMART hiring trainings, talent partner/talent specialist certification, standard job descriptions and other TAD ITM related project management activities
  • Implementing a “Smart Hiring Culture” globally across the digital businesses
  • Continue to build relationships with all stakeholders including talent leaders, HRMs, business leaders etc.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Business Operations in other G&A functions
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 additional years of professional work experience


Eligibility Requirements:


  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen
  • Must be willing to travel +/-10%
  • Must be willing to work out of San Ramon, CA based office, with on campus culture


Desired Characteristics:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • Business experience in I.T. or other engineering functions
  • Acts as a subject matter expert & with ability to effectively train the team on recruitment tools & systems
  • High skill level in Excel, data analysis and modeling
  • Coaches stakeholders the importance of capability based assessment methodology
  • Ability to influence internal & external stakeholders
  • Work well and productively amongst ambiguity
  • Results oriented with strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Self Starter with proven project management and analytical skills
  • Advanced and strong skills in Microsoft Office suite specifically word, excel, power point and visio.
  • Be a team player and customer centric
