Role Summary:
You will be working on multiple projects as a project leader or internal consultant. You will work on projects for components of the domain.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role you will:
  • Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction,

  • Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint,

  • Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level,

  • Participate in the EA (Enterprise Architecture) governance model,

  • Support the development software and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses,

  • Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) (or equivalent knowledge/experience),
• Strong professional experience in SAP (including 1-2 full cycle deployments),
• Ability to travel up to 25-30%.


Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong experience with SAP Finance & Controlling with background in delivery, deployment and change management,

  • Deep understanding and working knowledge of SAP deployment cutovers spanning diverse teams and integrated systems,

  • Experience with a large transformational effort is desired. Proven experience in leading global teams and working effectively in a matrix organization model,

  • Strong communication skills, ability to develop partnership with cross functional teams and develop an inclusive & collaborative environment,

  • Experience working with remote/global teams and ability to travel as needed to ensure success of the projects,

  • Practical exposure to, and experienced in, IT Service Management with process oriented perspective,

  • Experience with driving Agile delivery execution leveraging DevOps principles across a global team,

  • Strong ability to guide and influence a highly matrixed and cross-functional team,

  • Ability to manage and drive change across the organization. Be able to motivate the team and drive clear accountability & responsibility within the team,

  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all levels of the organization,

  • Knowledge of ITIL is a benefit,

  • SAP certification in Finance & Controlling is a benefit.
