Role Summary: This is a Lead Finance role responsible for supporting the Pressure Control business (~60-100MM revenue per annum) under the larger Surface business P&L covering the Asia Pacific region. The person required will have ownership of Financial Planning & Analysis and Operational finance activities related to the P&L. The main presence of the business is in Singapore where the manufacturing plant is located with other key markets in ASEAN.
Essential Responsibilities: • Business partnership: Own financial targets and drive business performance with regional P&L leader. Analyze business performance, propose action plans and engage cross-functions to improve growth and profitability. This includes ensuring efficiency and performance of other functions (Engineering, Quality etc) within the business. • Execution: Provide accurate revenue, cost, margin estimates and drive order fulfillment. Coordinate HQ submissions and participate in weekly QMIs and periodic business reviews with HQ. • Forecasting: Lead P&L estimates and operating plans for SII, OP and other projections throughout the year. • Perform month-end closing for P&L, support cross-function requirements and act as the finance touch point to drive timely and accurate revenue and cost recognition, billing and cash entitlement.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years of experience in Finance FP&A
