Identifies process improvement opportunities within function and also between pricing and cross-functions
Initiates process simplifications within functional area of expertise and contributes to the overall business strategy
Integrates and developes processes that meet business needs across the organization during commercial transformation
Reviews tools currently used in pricing and proposes enchancements to accelerate speed of response from pricing team
Supports new product introduction process by setting prices according to strategy agreed with product management team
Follows the market feedbacks/market share information and proposes pricing actions accordingly
Constantly analyses the price structure reports to look for possibility of price structure adjustments to provide more automatic order entry process
Prepares new price lists for key customers
Gathers information from cross-functions to support incoming tenders (Product Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance)
Develops and implements forward costing models to include approaching cost out actions in order to accelerate LED product sales
Runs ad hoc reports (sales, profitability, price levels) to support internal analytics and speed up decision making process
University/college background (Financial is an advantage)
Excellent English skills (written and verbal), other european language is an advantage
Ability to create complex analytics in excel along with presenting the results in easy and understandable way to stakeholders
Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues
Creativity and ability to come up with solutions
Ability to work under time pressure
Courage to negotiate and present own ideas
Commercial/Product Management background is an advantage
Very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
Advanced MS Excel user, prefereably with VBA knowledge
