Role Summary: EManufacturing Engineer to support the manufacturing process and quality requirements to machine aerospace nozzles and shrouds. Position requires good understanding of machining concepts, methods and procedures. In addition, the candidate needs to understand GD&T, Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma applications, familiarity with UG or machining programming is a plus.
In addition you will :
Responsibilities include developing and controlling production process, including tool design concepts and tool built experience
Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment in accordance with our Quality System
Expected to maintain process capability, resolve problems and establish root cause and work cross-functionally in a Teaming Environment
Good communication and computer skills are essential to support the direct team and supervisor
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
A minimum of 4 years of Manufacturing experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem solving skills
