Role Summary: The Accessible Care Distribution Leader is accountable to grow sales revenue and margins for a specific GEHC product/ product range or segment within RCIS within a European Region. He/ she optimizes the use of resources to cover market potential for product/ product range or segment in order to achieve the Operating plan in RCIS.
Essential Responsibilities: The Accessible Care Distribution Leader is responsible:
To update the European Accessible Care Team of evolving market and customer needs to drive the continuous product offering adapted to local market needs.
To build, review and optimize the distribution network regularly to communicate with peers in Europe to exchange information
To review Orders Performance of Distribution partners and ensure their forecast is included into US PSI forecast
Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline and sales per the normal reporting cycles within the Product Business unit and Geographical Region.
To provide input to and contribute to the yearly business planning cycles for their Business unit and Geographical Region e.g. Growth Playbook, Session II.
To continuously update their understanding of customers changing clinical and and/or operational issues and challenges.
To understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities.
To lead, educate, coach and direct the differentiation (position, value proposition and key messages) of the products/ service within the assigned territory.
To act as reference point to the Region/ Zone sales channels regarding differentiation of their products. Is accountable to ensure compliance and execution with regional Account Managers and Region Managers.
Is responsible to ensure that all team members utilize the required sales systems to create pipeline visibility and assist accurate forecasting.
To drive ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
Education to Bachelor degree level
Experience in Sales/ Marketing within the Healthcare industry
Strong Knowledge of GEHC and products and services offered within the modality
Strong business acumen;
Financial and organizational skills
Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills
Presentation and interpersonal skills,
Able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport, collaboration and influence within an organization.
