Role Summary: The Business Development (BD) Specialist provides project support for GE Aviation's merger, divestiture, acquisition and joint venture activities. Communicates with colleagues and business leaders on deal project activity.
Essential Responsibilities: Provides project support for GE Aviation's merger, divestiture, acquisition and joint venture activities. Communicates with colleagues and business leaders on deal project activity. Supports deal analytics and financial modeling activity. Prepares presentation and other communication materials for broader audiences. Responsible for coordinating team logistics such as scheduling, availability of presentation materials, and travel.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Business).
Willingness to travel up to 25% depending on business need.
Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills. Business Development experience is a plus.
