Role Summary:
Install, maintain, and repair internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Lead Manufacturing Specialist - Facility Management you will:

  • Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean. This is manufacturing specific and does not include gardeners, caterers, etc.
  • Develop new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
  • Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB level
  • Specify needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
  • Deliver products as part of a team
  • Work on cross functional teams
  • Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 7 years of experience in Facility Management and/or Manufacturing)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management and/or Manufacturing
