Role Summary: The Digital Certificate Staff Agile Transformer will drive execution of internal projects across design, delivery, and support of GE’s Digital Certificate and Key Management platforms. We currently manage robust Digital Certificate and Key Management platforms for our GE-wide application and core service communities, These are key enablers for our application and product security platforms. This role is critical to our success and ensures we can deliver needed functionality to our customers.
Manage projects, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution, and closure for all project work related to the program
Primary contact and owner of assigned project/projects, which includes, collaboration with vendor Project Manager, and business stakeholders if applicable. Also responsible for developing project schedule and integrate with the vendor project schedule where required.
Identify critical path decisions, make recommendations, and influence program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback
Communicate standards, policies, and compliance requirements to our customers
Develop a deep understanding of internal GE needs and external market trends by working with GE Digital Certificate and Key Management communities and conducting external research
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering (or 4 years equivalent work experience in the application of information technologies to business solutions)
5+ years’ experience leading IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
2+ year managing software implementation projects; experience working with multiple vendors and consultants on integration efforts

Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans
Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong understanding and experience with utilizing project management automation tools (JIRA, Rally, etc). Program Management certifications are a plus
Experience working in remote teams across the globe
Practical exposure to, and experienced in, IT Service Management with process oriented perspective
Experience with business process analysis and Lean principles
