Role Summary: This role will be primarily responsible for the Implementation of Oracle ERP integration with Teamcenter PLM. This includes detailed design and development. This is an important role as it will lead the integration of two enterprise systems which serve key processes within the organization.
Essential Responsibilities: - Own and drive Teamcenter to ERP integration detailed design, development and issues resolution - Code development for PLM applications using Teamcenter tech stack - Serve as the direct liaison to functional process owners in order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work - Ensure adherence to standards and best practices - Liaise with program team and other stakeholders in finalizing project plan and keep them updated on project progress and potential risks - Provide technical and/or project leadership function for assigned engineering analysis and computing projects - Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications and if necessary, manage requests for changes to the specifications - Assist the business in determining which requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes - Maintain functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned systems, organization, and business processes - Assist others in the accomplishment to work assignments through technical leadership. - Provide technical expertise and counsel to management, other organizations, and special projects personnel - Direct the preparation of and approve appropriate reports and communicate status and results - Make technical decisions by applying fundamental engineering principles and specialized knowledge or skills to assigned tasks - Establish the priority of work and assignment of personnel to meet objectives - Estimate schedules, recommend resource required and solutions to problems, which arise during the course of a project - Serve as a primary interface with internal and external contributing organization relative to technical requirements, directions and problem resolution - Collaborate with management in developing technical directions, setting objectives, and setting realistic and challenging goals
Qualifications/Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience Teamcenter customization, BMIDE, ITK development, RAC customization - Minimum 1 year of experience in Teamcenter-ERP Integration using TESIS/T4X - Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of information systems design, implementation, or integration), Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
