Role Summary: The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an intensive 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales, technical and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It prepares candidates for a successful career in sales or marketing by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization.
Essential Responsibilities: Will have one 3-month pre-assignment in manufactory site and three 7-months assignments in different roles, which cover different products, regions and customers in China. Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs. Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard Will travel within and across the region
Qualifications/Requirements: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years sales experience in related area with Bachelor Degree in Engineering Fields, majored in Electrics/Electronics and etc. Familiar with project sales or flow sales models and techniques are preferred; Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential Fluent in English
