Role Summary:
The MYA Commercial Manager (CM) will work closely with regional New Unit and Services Sales team to support on selling MYAs for New Unit products and will interface directly with key customers to promote MYA service model to grow revenue. And will also be responsible for the leadership and coordination of all aspects of the ITO phase of proposal management including proposal development, risk management, commercial mitigation, price calculation, and issue resolution for proposals.

Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure Policy 5.0 (R Process) is followed for each opportunity
Ensure regional compliance with MYA commercial standards
Establish strong communication ties with the local sales team to gather market and competitive intelligence to develop customer value programs to enhance the life cycle value of our offerings
Provide full proposal leadership from initial enquiry to deal closure and handover (track key dates and proposal submission deadlines)
Anticipate and develop strategies to mitigate MYA risk, general and deal/customer specific
Conduct formal R1 where required
Support technical scope and pricing development
Coordinate with various internal teams in developing overall bid strategy and completing the proposal – sales, finance, execution, risk, legal, engineering, etc.
Ensure Risk Checklist & DOA are correctly reviewed & completed for all proposals.
Propose and support formal R2 to obtain pricing/deviation approvals where required
Generate final proposal with approved deviations/language as required
Document all deal related documents
Use appropriate business tools e.g. SFDC, Big Machine, workflow documents, etc.
Support sales in deal closing process as & when appropriate.
Send order acknowledgements, obtain contract signatures and ensure internal order booking is completed on-time
Conduct formal R3 review to identify and handover execution requirements/documents

Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university or college
Knowledge on Power Plant Product, Customer and Industry
At least 5 years of experience in industry-related commercial, sales or application engineering

Desired Characteristics:
Prior experience on execution of gas turbine is a plus
Experience within Contractual Service and Power Service business is preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
Strong coordination and influencing skills
Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools (SFDC, Excel, etc.)
Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
