Role Summary: Responsible for the success of GEHC ASEAN with key Private Accounts. Cultivates an executive business relationship with CXO executives levels to influence & secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customers' investments & increase GEHC’s share of wallet. Will partner & facilitate customers’ growth plans by representing One GE Healthcare solution.
Essential Responsibilities: 1)Act as a primary customer point of contact and represent One GE Healthcare in case of multimodality projects and cross-P&L business events and ultimately accountable for issue resolution 2)Create business plans that have both short and long term phases and truly represent addressing the needs of the accounts vision/mission. 3)Develop and maintain customer mapping, includes next generation leadership, internal relationship dynamics and the customer’s competitive landscape. 4)Identify unique synergies/opportunities that benefit both the account and GE Healthcare’s business objectives. 5)Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. 6)Able to leverage across GE businesses if needed to offer the most comprehensive and complete solution available. 7)Be the trusted advisor and customer advocate for key account stakeholders and executive sponsors. 8)Manage multiple projects and effectively communicate progress updates to GE and customer leadership on a monthly/quarterly basis. 9)Effectively communicate to GE stakeholders the customer’s vision, goals, challenges, needs 10)Drive projects and timelines both internally and externally to completion. 11)Actively identify & drive boundaryless selling opportunities for key customers across regions and products. Promote Service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs. 12)Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities. Provide on-going feedback to management, modalities and marketing. 13)Work across all GE business and leverage the GE Store whenever necessary 14)Follow GE policies, procedures and operating mechanisms. Ensure knowledge of compliance of integrity and company policies.
Qualifications/Requirements: Required Qualifications: 1. Education to Bachelor Degree level. 2. 8+ years experience in Business Management or Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market. 3. 5 years experience closing large, complex, strategic deals. 4. Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development. 5. Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills. 6. Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills. 7. High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships. 8. Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization. Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble. 9. Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. 4. Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies. 5. Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Country / Int’l Law is broken. 6. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Desired Characteristics: Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master’s degree preferred. 2. Fluency in English language. 3. Strong track record in high technology product sales / solutions.
