Essential Responsibilities:
 与渠道经理紧密配合,在预算的费用内完成销售指标及目标
 支持并配合代理商提供客户服务
 保持市场,代理商及公司之间的多向沟通, 树立高度的公司形象及专业水准的产品品牌形象
 支持如投标,价格及医保等业务相关工作
 根据公司的总体方针,实施销售计划及策略
 建立及保持商业网络及重点医院的客户关系(经销商,医院药剂科、医生、护士、技师)
 协助直属经理搜集所需销售信息
 配合代理商组织并参加当地学术交流会议(内部/外部)
 有效管理代理商的库存,对于退货进行监督和管理。
 对代理商进行合规监管,并及时组织对代理商进行产品培训、合规培训、公司策略宣讲等

 大专以上学历,主修医学,药学或相关专业
 三年或以上的医药销售经验 优先
 具有商业灵敏度,客户第一,以结果为导向
 能够适应频繁出差
 优秀的沟通、交流和协调能力
 本职位欢迎优秀应届生应聘
 有代理商管理经验优先,有广阔市场开发经验优先
 基本的英语沟通能力
