Role Summary: The Finance Intern (m/f) will support GT oOEM product line in Power Services business. The product line is a start-up organization with a target to develop products, services and capabilities for an opportunity market of 3.2B$ per year. He will be responsible for providing support in all financial areas. This support will be of two folds: Implementing the necessary structures to conduct the business and FP&A responsibilities on different aspects of the activity (incl Supply Chain and NPI).
Support tracking, guiding and reporting on the financial performance of the GT oOEM PL
Support driving PL and GT oOEM PL Finance projects as necessary
Support preparation of estimates, operating plans, forecasts, Blue Print and presenting to senior leadership
Oversee specific controlling areas such as SG&A, Inventory and NPI
Ensure good communication with internal and external partners (e.g. shared services, Product Line and Business finance teams)
Support providing KPI performance analytics to identify product strategy trends, highlight risk and opportunities and ensure operational coordination
Support providing analysis and recommendations on NPI, capital expenditures, restructuring, acquisitions, and other projects as required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Risk Management
Organizational and project management skills
Process management skills
Highly developed communication and influencing skills
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is preferred
Ability to analyze data and to propose quality- and goal-orientated solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure
Ability to create and execute concrete action plans
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
