Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide financial, controllership and compliance leadership to support global solution implementation and operation
- Drive process simplification, compliance, standardization & technology breakthrough
- Lead the activity based costing, cost analysis/reduction, workforce planning cross the whole B2P team
- Build up expertise in B2P CoE, drive training, SOP cross whole B2P CoE
- Drive global BPO, center and sites’ synergy
- Continually improve cost, speed and quality cross whole B2P CoE
- Work closely with Business Controller, Sourcing, Operation team for operational controllership enhancement and support BIZ growth
- Lead Enterprise standard (GE policy) alignment & execution
- Lead cross process, integration’s initiative, project etc., if need
- Take the ownership of detecting, fixing those operational level controllership and compliance risks.
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by manager

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, tax or IT equivalent.
- Above 8 years’ experiences in Finance in a multinational enterprise or big 4 audit firms
- Familiar with AP, Import/export processes & SAFE regulations
- Strong leadership at cross business/cross country level
- Project management/migration/process improvement experiences
- Team management experiences, budget & resource management skills
- Capability to handle multiple stakeholders within a complex matrix environment and work in matrix organization
- Strategic thinker; proven ability to anticipate, and resolve complicated issues;
- Excellent communication, influencing & presentation skills (including fluency in English);
- Cultural awareness & sensitivity

- Overseas working experience
- Shared service experiences
- CPA, big 4 experiences, GE financial leadership program graduate
- Flexibility to travel frequently within (the region) & occasionally further afield
