Role Summary: Lead Resource Management/Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of a Bently services projects and/or reactive jobs to fulfill a customer order or need according to agreed financial/commercial commitments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for Bently Field service resources deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics - Interface with customer contacts , project managers and service team leaders to ensure that right resources are deployed on site - Develop medium and long range forecasts for regional resource needs - Track resource utilization metrics such as Assigned time etc and work closely with Service managers / team leaders for achieving targets - Coordinate with country service coordinators and mobilization specialists to ensure that work permit and all local immigration requirements are met - Contribute to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team - Ensure that all deployments are as per existing EHS guidelines and applicable field service polices and procedures - Suggests improvements in processes and procedures
Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
