Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible to manage the new multinational Export contract for the EJ200 Military business. You will build and manage an ad HOC multidisciplinary platform integrating all functions and process owners including, Marketing, Comm. Operations, Project, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to set up all the investments, capabilities and competencies needed in order to reach the contractual Customer Satisfaction and maximize our Contribution Margin and Cash Flow.
Responsible for being Avio Aero primary point of contact on any contract/commercial issues inside Eurojet consortium;
Serving as the Voice of the Customer to ensure responsiveness and focus;
Provide leadership, direction, and control for all integrated logistic support services for all assigned products;
Provide project leadership for manufacture, installation, operational support, and service of assigned projects;
Provide project / program management, which meets or exceeds the financial objectives and expected level of customer satisfaction in the logistic support areas of business operations;
Set organizational goals to meet program schedule milestones;
Provide leadership to direct reports; includes staffing, training and evaluation;
Influence profitable growth of the Product Support business by developing processes and systems that will product competitively priced support products required;
Support Eurojet Kuwait Program Manager to deliver contract obligations and satisfied customer;
Guarantee an adequate and professional team representing Avio Aero inside the EuroJet Consortium;
Drive into the Quwait program the Digital innovation.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
Strong experience in close interaction with Military Institutional Customer even not EuroJet, with Sales Responsibility in the aviation field;
Strong experience in multinational military consortium;
Finance knowledge and understanding;
Deep knowledge of international military programs in the aviation field;
Specific knowledge/contacts in the filed in Europe;
Good knowledge of the military propulsion systems on the engineering, production technology and service aspects;
Strong experience in leading complex Military programs;
Strong awareness of the digital innovation state of the art;
Fluency in Italian and English;
EU Work Permit; Eligible for NATO Security Clearance.
