Essential Responsibilities: 1. Lead energy planning activities with regional and city governments; 2. Build plant level system integration economic modeling and analysis; 3. Demand side resource planning which includes distributed generation interaction analysis and flexible load impact analysis and optimization; 4. Coordinate cross business resources to deliver tailor made value proposition for the client; 5. Outside in view on behalf of project developer/owner;
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Understand diversified energy fuel economics and general policy trends and market environment; 2. Have experience of owner plant economics and investment decision analysis, can be regional Genco corporate investment function key person or professor engineer level of tier 1 industry design institute； 3. Have experience in plant economics, budgeting and knows granularities of budgeting components. 4. PhD degree in engineering or economics; 5. Can coordinate between different P&Ls in GE, knows interaction between sub-systems; 6. Can deliver under pressure and ambiguity; 7. Can read and write English, good presentation skills; 8. Team player; 9. Able to travel at least 30%; 10. Based in either Beijing or Shanghai;
