Role Summary: Provide customer management training overall strategy, operation and delivery.
Essential Responsibilities: Customer Education offering design, portfolio and pricing Explore sales channel, develop product and growth strategy for CE Enhance communication with front line sales force Lead business operation of CE Deliver courses in customer programs Develop insights about customer’s needs, track competition Cooperate with marketing team on CE’s promotion and marketing plan
Qualifications/Requirements: • 5-8 years training related experiences, healthcare industry preferred. • Strong customer oriented mindset • Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills • Strong project management skill • Speaking and writing English fluently • Effective use of office tools
Desired Characteristics: 1. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. 2. LEAN or Six Sigma experience. 3. Understanding of the hospital management 4.
