Role Summary: Develop, maintain and verify the implementation of the site quality plan, ensuring contractual, legal and internal requirements are met. Ensure that all quality control tasks are carried out, documenting the construction process and inspecting each stage of the construction. Coordinate and report on the site quality activities and on the related quality interfaces, maintaining client, project team, subcontractors and Project Manager liaison and communication on quality related issues.
Essential Responsibilities: This is a 2 years long fixed term contract.

Bachelor's degrees in construction or quality management (alternatively strong experience / references are receivable)
Training and experience in Quality systems, Quality management, Quality Audits, Quality assurance & control, supplier Quality
Training and experience in problem solving methods and tools
Experience in construction and commissioning areas (materials, methods, and techniques)
Experience in development and implementation of Construction Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans related to HV turnkey projects
Knowledge of national safety and quality laws
EU work permit
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
