Role Summary: As part of the Global Operation Property team, the Facility Leader is responsible for managing the facility operations of a commercial office facility(s) located in Korea in compliance with GE policies and procedures and support real estate management and EHS. The property encompasses 371k square feet and has over about 1,500 employees.
Essential Responsibilities: • Operate real estate transaction and EHS for efficiency site management a • Manage preventive maintenance operations and repairs of office systems and equipment. • Develop and communicate all necessary reporting and documentation following GE policies. • Prepare and manage budget for shared services, maintenance and asset purchases for the facility. • Direct client interaction for the purpose of project planning and implementation of facility projects. • Administer, monitor and optimize performance of outsourced suppliers for daily facility operations. • Lead supplier quality measurements and score cards. • Prepare and manage annual budget for facility operations. • Identify and maintain inventory for facility major assets. • Lead implementation of Global Enterprise Systems (Facility Management platform) to enhance service package to customers. • Lean to improve internal and outsourced performance of daily operations. • Manage relationships between tenants, and other service departments (IT, Vendors, Contractors and Accounts Payable). • Work effectively in teams participating in work planning, meeting management, decision making, etc. • Implement Crisis/Security and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities as per corporate requirement. • Conduct monthly EHS/SCM inspection and Ergonomic assessment. • Implement Crisis Management plan (Emergency Response Plan.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (business administration, real estate or related field) with 6+ years’ experience in corporate real estate, property management, facility management and EHS experiance • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook • Knowledge of bid evaluation, design, purchasing and accounting principles • Knowledge of EHS/SCM Programs • Experience in preparing and managing an annual operating budget • Demonstrated history of excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English and Korean
