Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced individual to join our implementation and client service delivery team working on a highly visible multi-generation Oracle Financials implementation project in support of GE's Corporate Strategic Initiatives. In this role s/he will partner with the business & our technical and functional teams to identify simplification & standardization opportunities, gather business requirements, design, implement solutions and provide world-class client-centric service/support.
Essential Responsibilities: The incumbent is accountable for service delivery excellence of all assigned projects / issues including project reviews, feasibility and cost benefit analysis, prioritization, execution and closure of work products related to ERP processes and SRs.
Work as a trusted partner with finance and technology teams and end-users to evaluate and deliver improved business processes through cost effective solutions
Responsible to manage client demand/priorities and to create and implement software solutions meeting expectations
Address client requested and system driven production support matters to ensure timely issue resolution, high system availability and the financial close & shipments/billings meet service levels.
Effectively extend Oracle eBusiness Suite / ERP Cloud architecture / capabilities through sound design and the development across functional area
Responsible for definition through deployment and supportusing agile practices
Drive ERP technical requirements and implement standardized solutions
Responsible for ERP software release and configuration management across environments
Responsible for life-cycle documentation adherence to standards and quality of solutions through effective test and quality management practices
Contribute to the operations procedures library and project lifecycle documentation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field, OR a minimum 5 years of relevant, hands-on, IT work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP / Cloud systems development, maintenance & support with proven track record of Financials and/or Supply Chain disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP / Cloud technical design, development, implementation and maintenance/support of EBS customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations & integrations (aka CEMLI or RICE components)

Familiar with meeting SOX audit and application control/integrity requirements and creating SDLC/compliance documentation
Demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) Release 11/12
Oracle EBS systems development, implementation & support/maintenance knowledge
Ability to build multi-faceted relationships and perform development and support across cross-functional project teams
Strong interpersonal and technology skills
Positive attitude and confidence in working with high profile initiatives
Detail oriented with superior organizational skills
Finance/Accounting and/or Technology background or similar experience
Must be a Self-starter and able to think "outside the box" when developing simplification solutions and creating IT value
