Role Summary: Develop Bioprocess segment solutions both in short term and long term, follow key projects to drive business growth. As an expert in Mab, Vaccine, Re-protein or plasma to take external and internal technical support.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Platform proposal and application solution, include Mab. Vaccine. Plasma, Re-protein etc. 2. Update the project progress, and make expert lecture in weber, to give customer detail information about the technology 3. Focus on regular police guideline such as, the GMP policy and FDA guideline, find GE product’s benefit meet the policy. 4. Know and track new Bio-pharma marketing trend to delivery new trend solution. 5. Give technical training both in internal and external 6. Help customer to do a standard process for new projects. 7. Training for sales and modality for project solution, push whole team to have solution concept when they visit customer to get all information. 8. Leading big project and cooperate with sales/modality …. To offer a total solution for customers. 9. Contribute to market forecasts and business case for solutions that are at concept stage and help develop price-value map trends 10. Working closely with cross-functional sales and marketing teams on messaging and integrating customer feedback into the segment/product strategy
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Master’s Degree in Life Sciences related 2. 5+ year experience in Bio-pharma process development 3. Excellent oral and written communications skills 4. Strong analytical and process skills 5 Familiar with GMP regulation & Drug declaration requirement

Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired) 4. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations) 5. Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers) 6. Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process) 7. Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve 8. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time 9. Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments 10. Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred 11. Advanced certification/registries desired 12. Demonstrated advanced clinical scanning skills 13. Experience on all current GE products for which responsibilities cover 14. Experience within GE Clinical Applications or Clinical Marketing roles
