Role Summary: HQ sales manager is responsible for proactively developing & implementing Japan commercial sales strategy by generating and providing differentiated solution offerings in the area of care area and hospital management, thereby creating growth for GEHC. This role is responsible for developing & maintaining a detailed understanding of assigned accounts’ strategy and particular care area or hospital operation management. Expected to support/lead & close multimodality deals or challenging deals.
Essential Responsibilities: • Achieve sales and orders volumes at the target prices in assigned accounts/jobs. (VCP OP applicable) • Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for all GE Healthcare businesses, products & services. • Support/lead to develop & implement job strategy with Zone and multi-product teams to achieve results through effective project proposals, negociations, and contracts. • Develop & maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent high quality interactions with customer management. • In cooperation with Product teams and Marketing, drive One GE Healthcare marketing events as needed. • Support/lead and leverage AEM, RSS, PSS, SV team and other Company resources to provide the necessary technical, clinical contents to create a competitive differentiation. Coordinate One GE Healthcare team on designated accounts/jobs in order to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. • Follow all applicable GE policies, procedures and operating mechanisms. Proactively participate in company initiatives depending on organizational needs and as directed by management. • Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies. • 全国各地域の担当営業と連携しながら、お客様の課題に対し、ケアエリアソリューション（認知症など）や病院経営者向けソリューションの提案活動を展開する。 （ケアエリア、核医学（PET/SPECT)、MR、コアイメージングを中心としたモダリティ（医療機器製品）全般のコンサルティング/ソリューション営業） • ヘルスケア統括本部 本社営業本部所属。日野本社（東京都日野市）を拠点に、各地域の担当営業と協働しながら全国の病院・研究機関のお客様にアプローチ
Qualifications/Requirements: • Education to Bachelor Degree level. • 5 years of strategic sales experience. • 3 years experience in healthcare. • Proven key account management and project planning skills. • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels. • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. • Proven track record on relationship building skills. • High level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact. • Fluent in Japanese. • 大型医療機器のアカウント営業ご経験者歓迎。
Desired Characteristics: • Deep understanding and KOL network in particular carearea segment • Consulting skill for Hospital operation • Fluent in English.
