Role Summary:
- Shall be responsible for achieving Operation Plan (Sales target) for the assigned territory
- The candidate shall be responsible for developing project pipeline for South India covering Heavy Industry (Steel, Refinery, Petrochem, Textiles, Power, Pharma)
- Key Account Management: Identifying and developing Key corporate accounts, build relationship at working/ decision making levels i.e technical/economic buyer
levels, develop and manage the account

Essential Responsibilities:
- Shall be responsible for sales for South India - AP/Telengana/Tamil Nadu/Karnataka/Kerala for Industrial - Systems & Projects business
- Build relationship and work with cross functional teams with Commercial Engineering (CE) team for timely submission of proposals
- The candidate shall be having strong knowledge on membrane based water/ waste treatment solutions like, UF, MBR, SWRO, BWRO, EDI and other technologies
and work as a problem solver to customer and demonstrate domain expertise
- Develop strong project pipeline in the assigned territory
- Identify and develop large corporate and key customers, develop and manage accounts
- Understanding customer problems and working for solving tough to treat water issues
- Developing flow sheets and solutions including Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) solutions in the industry
- Work with OTR teams for timely implementation of projects
- Qualifying the deals and managing risk review process
- Strong knowledge on Terms and conditions with proven track record
- Handling EPCs and Engg consultants in the region and developing project pipeline

Qualifications/Requirements:
BE/B.Tech - Chemical/ Mechanical / Environmental Engg with 5 - 10 years domain sales experience, preferably with some hands on experience in install/commissioning
Proven sales track record
MBR from premiere institute is preferred
The candidate shall be located out of Hyderabad and willing to travel across South India for at least 50 - 60% of the time
Preferably with experience in MNC Water/ Waste Treatment Technology companies
